A Typical Raceday
A day at the races starts from 2 hours before the first race and before the action starts there is the opportunity to:
- Network with your guests
- Promote your business to your customers
- Enjoy fine food and wine
- Pick out your preferences from the racecard
The very nature of horse racing ensures that you are able to entertain your guests throughout the day without disrupting their enjoyment of the day. Once the racing starts the 30 / 35 minute gaps between racing enables you to not only continue networking with your guests but why not give them your personal attention by joining them in:
- Viewing the horses in the Parade Ring
- Placing your bet with the tote / On-course bookmakers
- Watching the race from the luxury of your private box and balcony
- Collecting your winnings!

Timings:
The above timings are approximate and are dependant on the time of year. Exact timings will be shown in your itinerary.
You will be able to access your hospitality facility when the gates open 2 hours before the first race - unless a you have arranged early access to your facility for a pre-racing meeting.
Please be aware that the bar in your hospitality area will close 30 minutes after the last race of the day.
