Terms & Conditions

• I agree that no flash photography has been used at any time during races or within the course grounds to take these photographs.
• My photographs have been taken at Redcar Racecourse.
• I am over 18 years old.

Copyright:

• By choosing to agree to these terms and conditions I will be handing over the Copyright of my photographs to Redcar Racecourse Limited. I accept that these images will be used within marketing literature for the Redcar Racecourse.
• The photographs may be used in any of the media used by Redcar Racecourse for promotion including, but not limited to newsletters, leaflets, posters and on the Redcar Racecourse website. They may also be circulated to the media and used by other relevant organisations in their publications.
• Photographs taken at this event may be kept on file indefinitely for future use.
• Redcar Racecourse will only use the photographs for similar purposes for which they were originally taken.
• Entrants agree that, by sending their images to Redcar Racecourse for entry into this competition, the Copyright will then be owned by Redcar Racecourse.

Prizes:

• All the images uploaded will go through a reviewing process to see if they will be eligible for use within the Redcar Racecourse promotional material.
• For any image that is used for marketing purposes the winning entrant will receive 2 free Grandstand Enclosure tickets (subject to availability) for the meeting of your choice. Redcar Racecourse has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
• There will be no closing date for entries and images will be reviewed on a regular basis and kept within the Redcar Racecourse image library for future use therefore winners may be notified at any time.
• Images will be judged by Redcar Racecourse’s design agency, decisions by them are final.
• No cash prize alternative available.

Legalities:

• Close up images of children where they could be clearly identified will be disqualified and not used within literature.
• Any crowd shots where we feel a particular individual is highlighted will be disregarded.
• Redcar Racecourse reserves the right to disqualify any images that they feel inappropriate.

Image Upload Requirements:

• File Format – JPEG/JPG/PNG only
• File Size – Images must be high resolution digital images, minimum size for images is 3 megapixels
• Enhancement – Images that have been digitally enhanced with software are accepted.
