Get tuned in! to fun this Friday

TUNED IN! will be continuing its Summer programme of events for young people living in Redcar & Cleveland, this Friday (August, 20) with youth village at Redcar Racecourse, West Dyke Road between 6pm and 10pm.

Young people aged between 13 and 17 will be able to take part in a range of activities, including MCing and DJing, inflatable fun, a military style assault course and even a rodeo bull. For the less energetic there will also be nail art, face painting and gaming.

Live music will be provided by a number of local bands and TFM radio's Street Boy. There will be stands offering advice and information from a number of services open to young people.

The youth village event programme is running each Friday through the holidays, until Friday, September 3. On the 27th the fun moves to Skelton Youth Centre and the final event will be at Grangetown Youth and Community Centre on the 3rd September.

All youth village events are free and are open to young people aged 13 17 who live in the Redcar & Cleveland area.
