Redcar Racing Again on Wednesday

The race meetings are coming thick and fast at Redcar this month with a meeting every week. The next race day is Wednesday 23rd September and the first race is set to go off at 2-15pm.

Redcar’s seven-race programme on Wednesday (September 23) features the last qualifying race in this season’s Boddington’s Redcar Straight-Mile Championship Series. Wednesday’s contest is a Premier Claiming race, and the £30,000 Final of this Series takes place at Redcar’s next meeting on Saturday, October 3.

Racing on Wednesday is set to begin at 2-15 p.m. with a race for two-year-olds, The European Breeders’ Fund Maiden Stakes over seven furlongs. The giant screen, situated opposite the main stands, will enable racegoers to see even more action on the track.
