At Redcar we pride ourselves on being able to put together a customised package that will suit the specific needs of our commercial partner. Below we list some of the items that you may feel are appropriate but as ever the real issue is in identifying the best mix from the perspective of both your own business needs and objectives and within a budget! The race title is the most obvious place to start. This affords extensive coverage across virtually all local and national newspapers – and by no means just in the Racing Post. Furthermore the Race will, as a minimum, be covered by the bespoke Racing UK TV Channel (over 30,000 subscribers) and broadcast (via SIS) into the UK’s 9,000 betting Shops. Some races also feature on Channel 4 (in 2005 8 races from Redcar were covered). The sponsor can pick and choose precisely the sort of additional exposure that they require either on the day or during the build up to the meeting. These options include:
However of all the various ways of maximizing the effectiveness of your day surely corporate hospitality offers the greatest appeal. As a minimum a race meeting will extend over six races which means that you and your clients (including lunch) will be together for at least 4 hours.
