Should you buy bookmaker tickets and decide either not to attend, or to attend but not to use a particular betting position prior to pitching in you will receive a full refund of the applicable charges back to your payment card.

To apply for a refund, you need to email  info@redcarracing.co.uk and provide the following information:

• Your trading name and the name on the card used for the purchase
• The order number
• A brief explanation of the claim e.g. ‘Full refund I did not attend’ or partial refund detailing the unused list position number & serial number of any unused admission tickets.

Upon receipt of your refund claim we will refer to the information provided to the racecourse on the day by the BRM and process accordingly.
