All bookmakers must purchase their pitch and clerks' badges in advance using the links below.
In order to gain access to the racecourse you must have purchased your pitch bookmaker ticket and any clerks badges required online in advance.
All bookmaker tickets must be purchased before 10.30am (1.30pm for the evening meeting) on the day of racing.
There will be no Badge Box in operation on the day.
Vehicle access is available from 30 minutes before official gates opening time for dropping off equipment. All vehicles must be moved off site into designated car parks no later than 10 minutes before gates opening time.
The Annual Marketing Fee is a one off payment per pitch, payable on the first raceday attended during the current season.
Should a bookmaker be unable to attend, or decide not to attend, any pre-purchased bookmaker tickets for that day will be fully refunded when the Racecourse Office is notified prior to pitching in on the day of racing. Refund process
