Option 1 - Private Dining Package

The Private Dining Package includes a three course meal with coffee / tea. 

From the menu options beneath please choose one starter, one main course,

and one dessert for the whole party.

Bleiker’s of smoked and poached salmon terrine, chilled asparagus, saffron mayonnaise and lemon gel (gf)

Chicken and ham hock terrine with confit wild mushrooms, onion puree, balsamic and olive oil dressing (df, gf)

Avocado and asparagus salad with Prosciutto ham, sour dough croute, lemon oil dressing (df)

Garden pea and mint soup, crème fraiche (v, gf)

Roasted baby beets with vegan cream cheese mousse, mini spinach croquette, beetroot puree and micro herbs (vg, df)

MAIN DISHES

Slow cooked blade of beef in Yorkshire ale with smoked bacon, pearl onions and field mushrooms (df)

Thyme roasted breast of chicken with crisp pancetta and a Madeira reduction (gf)

Sea bass fillet with caponata and basil oil (gf)

Harissa baked cauliflower steak, wild rice stuffed pepper,
slow roast vine tomatoes and minted dairy free yoghurt (vg, df)

Honey and wholegrain mustard basted pork loin with pulled pork bon bon, caramelised apple and crackling

Main courses are served with fondant potato, confit carrot and tenderstem broccoli

Option 2 - Hot Fork Buffet Package

The Hot Fork Buffet Package includes a three course hot fork buffet with coffee / tea. 

From the menu options beneath please choose two main course dishes, one vegetarian dish,

three side dishes, and one dessert for the whole party.

Option 3 - Chilled Deli Package

The Chilled Deli Package menu includes a chilled deli platter with dessert, and ¼ bottle of Prosecco per person.  Please pre-order your choice of platters for your party from the following selection:

 

CHARCUTERIE

A selection of continental and cured meats; sirloin of beef, chorizo, air dried ham,

chicken liver parfait, and pork pie served with chutney, piccalilli, and dressings

 

FISH

A selection of fish and seafood; roasted tiger prawns, salmon, peppered flaked mackerel,

mini prawn cocktail, and mixed seafood salad with Marie rose sauce

 

VEGAN

A selection of flat breads and hummus, olives, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes

with mini super boost salad of tofu, quinoa and kale with pickled carrot, beetroot,

red cabbage, parsley sauce (vg)

 

All platters are served with a choice of breads and hot new potatoes

Special Dietary Requirements

All of our food is cooked fresh on site and so any special dietary requirements can be accommodated. If any members of your party have dietary requirements please let us know in advance of your raceday so that we can adapt the menu accordingly.
