Option 1 - Fine Dining Package
-

The Fine Dining Package includes a three course meal with coffee / tea. 

From the menu options beneath please choose one starter, one main course,

and one dessert for the whole party.

 

STARTER

Traditional chicken soup, crispy apple spring roll

Cocktail of Atlantic prawns with a seafood sauce (MWOG)
Goats cheese, roasted red pepper and black olive parfit, toasted croute (V)

Chorizo scotch egg, panko asparagus and Parma ham spear, Dijon mayo, micro herb salad

Farmhouse pate, sticky onion marmalade, thyme crostini


Bread roll with butter (V)

 

MAIN DISHES

Braised salt beef, lyonnaise potatoes, poached orange carrot, horseradish dumpling

Breast of chicken, roast garlic and olive oil mashed potatoes, celeriac puree, chorizo cream

North Atlantic cod, nori seaweed, Pak choi, miso caramel, white beans, lemongrass and ginger

Slow cooked loin of pork, buttered leaks, caramelised red onion and apples, apple tree wick cider and wholegrain mustard cream sauce

Roast butternut squash and beetroot Wellington with truffle mash, heritage carrot, torched tender stem broccoli, gravy (VG)

 

DESSERTS

White chocolate, passion fruit and pineapple tart, toasted coconut biscuit, passion fruit gel candied lime (VT)

Option 2 - Buffet Package

The Buffet Package give you the choice of either a Hot Fork Buffet or an Informal Finger Buffet for your party.

Hot Fork Buffet

The Hot Fork Buffet includes a three course hot fork buffet with coffee / tea. 

From the menu options beneath please choose two main course dishes, one vegetarian dish and one dessert for the whole party.

(all mains are served with the noted side dishes)

 

MAIN DISHES

Smoked paprika chicken and tomato one pot stew, chickpeas, roasted peppers and basil

Slow cooked British beef in red wine with baby onions, pancetta and button mushrooms

Mauritian fish curry with spiced sweet potato, tomato and coriander (MWOG)

Slow cooked pork with buttered leaks, caramelised red onion and apples, Somerset cider and wholegrain mustard cream sauce

 

VEGETARIAN DISHES

Baked mac `n` cheese with ricotta, spinach, field mushroom and truffled herb crumb (VT)

Roasted oyster and chestnut mushroom stroganoff with roasted pepper and smoked paprika (VT)

Informal Finger Buffet

The Informal Finger Buffet includes a selection of hot and cold buffet items with a desert, served with coffee / tea.

 

Cold Items

A sandwich selection on soft white and granary breads for example:

Thinly shaved Yorkshire ham, West Combe Dairy cheddar, vine tomato and rocket

Free range egg mayonnaise with watercress and chive on soft grain

Line caught tuna with spring onions & creme fraiche on granary

Falafel with pickeled red slaw and hummus, Khobez

Atlantic prawns, cocktail sauce (MWOG)

Pork, caramelised apple and rosemary sausage roll with candied lemon

Chopped garden salad, breakfast radish, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions. Tarragon and rapeseed oil dressing (VT)

 

Hot Items

Buttermilk and polenta fried chicken, jalapenos, maple and mustard mayonnaise

`Bang Bang` cauliflower bites with tahini (VG)

Truffled mac N cheese bites, charred chilli and spring onion salsa (VT)

Option 3 - Chilled Deli Package

The Chilled Deli Package menu includes a chilled deli platter with dessert, and ¼ bottle of Prosecco per person. 

Please pre-order your choice of platters for your party from the following selection:

 

CHARCUTERIE

A selection of continental and cured meats; sirloin of beef, chorizo, air dried ham,

chicken liver parfait and pork pie served with chutney, piccalilli and dressings (MWOM)

 

FISH

A selection of fish and seafood; roasted tiger prawns, salmon, peppered flaked mackerel,

mini prawn cocktail and mixed seafood salad with Marie rose sauce (MWOM)

 

VEGAN

A selection of flat breads and hummus, olives, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes

with mini super boost salad of tofu, quinoa and kale with pickled carrot, beetroot,

red cabbage, parsley sauce (VG)

 

All platters are served with a choice of breads and hot new potatoes (MWOM)

 

DESSERTS

Classic Eton Mess, macerated strawberries, lemon balm garnish and sharp raspberry coulis (VT)

All of our food is cooked fresh on site and so any special dietary requirements can be accommodated. If any members of your party have dietary requirements please let us know in advance of your raceday so that we can adapt the menu accordingly.
