Our wedding at Redcar Racecourse was fantastic & we loved every second of it. It was well organised, with access the day before to set tables & cake much appreciated. Also opened early on the day for DJ & band to set up & balloons & flowers to be delivered. The original wedding planner was fantastic, helpful & friendly. The bar staff were very helpful & we looked very posh having such smart security! Which was nice to know the children could not escape!! The venue itself was fantastic with amazing views, lovely garden & gorgeous big balcony. Opened quite late. Great access. Very private with out being to out of the way for taxi pick up. Everyone enjoyed it & a lot said it was the best wedding they had been to!!

Team Building & Outdoor Events

With acres of both indoors and out door space Redcar Racecourse is a flexible and inspiring venue for many different types of events.
 
The 30 acre showground site in the centre of the course. This flat grassed area offers the outdoor event planner a superb venue, well located, with easy access for both visitors and exhibitors. The site is accessed by a hardcore roadway and is serviced with permanent refreshment facilities and amenities.
 
With the space to accommodate cars, caravans and whole companies we are sure to have something to suit your needs.
 
We have previously held car exhibitions, fun runs, dog shows, and combined with our on-site stabling and hostel are the perfect venue for holiday adventure clubs, pony club / riding club camps and caravan clubs.
 
Nothing is too much trouble for our experienced events team so set us a new challenge.
 
Lodge Accommodation

Why not consider choosing some accommodation that is comfortable, cosy, clean and reasonably priced?

You will find a warm welcome ready for you at reception by our friendly staff. We have 23 comfortable (not en-suite) rooms that are available for booking, separate male/female showers and toilets. Each room can sleep from 1 up to 4 people and has wardrobe facilities. 

The Lodge has a dining area and lounge/tv area with a pool table and catering by local company Off The Vine can easily be arranged.

The Stable Lodge facilities are ideal for all sorts of occasions, from rugby tours to school accommodation and when combined with our well maintained stable yard are ideal for Pony Club or Riding Club camps.

The Stable Lodge facilities when combined with our well maintained stable yard with 141 stables are ideal for Pony Club or Riding Club camps.

 Our stable facilities are amongst the best within the racing industry and the Stable Lodge offers clean sleeping, dining and communal areas.  We even have a Stable Lodge caterer, who offers excellent home cooked food including full English breakfast and evenings meals, all at excellent prices!
