The promoter is: Redcar Racecourse Ltd whose registered office is The Racecourse, Redcar, Tees Valley, TS10 2BY.
The competition is open to participants aged 16 years or over with a valid Ladies’ Night ticket allowing access to the Redcar Racecourse Enclosures, except for employees of Redcar Racecourse Ltd and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition will run from Gates Opening until 5pm on Saturday 28th August 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. If you enter after this date, your entry will not be counted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Have your photograph taken by the Best Dressed team at the Flower wall and then fill in your details and submit your entry into the entries box. If you are selected as a finalist you will be contacted by telephone and invited to the Winners’ Enclosure for the competition. If the team cannot get in touch with you by 5.45pm they have the right to select another finalist in your place.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable or refundable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winners will be chosen by a judging panel. The winner will be announced at Redcar Racecourse Ltd. and presented with the prize or confirmation of the prize including details of how to receive if applicable.
Redcar Racecourse Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with to the Redcar Racecourse Ltd.’s privacy policy available on www.redcarracing.co.uk.
In exchange for receiving a free photo, you grant Redcar Racecourse Ltd the right to use your image for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo by emailing info@redcarracing.co.uk
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Ladies are you looking for an excuse to dress up and have a night out? 
The judging of the Best Dressed Lady Competition will take place in the Winners' Enclosure after the 5th race at 6.10pm. 
Picnics are permitted in the Course Enclosure only. Racegoers are permitted to bring alcohol into the Course Enclosure however this is limited to personal consumption only - 4 cans or 1/2 bottle of wine per person. Spirits and glass bottles are NOT permitted.
