As the focus turns from Flat to Jumps the time has come to welcome racing back to Cheltenham with the two-day Showcase meeting taking place on Friday and Saturday. The Showcase marks the start of the season for many horses including some who set their sights on the bigger prizes in March's Cheltenham Festival.

Also this week Jumps racing returns to Aintree. The Liverpool course hosts seven races on Countryside Day on Sunday to get their season off and running, before highlights such as the Randox Health Becher Chase and the Randox Health Grand National later in the season.
