The forecast is set fair for one of the highlights of the summer and all the action gets under way on Thursday ahead of Saturday's Darley July Cup, the Group 1 highlight and arguably the foremost sprint race in the European calendar.

The top-class Inspiral - one of the most impressive winners of Royal Ascot last month - is back in Friday's Tattersalls Falmouth Stakes, while further races not to miss include the Princess of Wales's Close Brothers Stakes and the Close Brothers July Stakes among a quality programme.

In Ireland, Leopardstown hosts the Group 3 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Stanerra Stakes on Thursday - on the same card that brilliant Classic winner Homeless Songs made her debut last year. We hope to see another potential star this time ahead of 'Super Saturday' and another fantastic weekend in prospect lined up on the channel.
